DMCA Policy
Tio Cosa Locos Addams respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Tio Cosa Locos Addams will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Tio Cosa Locos Addams website or online services (the "Service") if such claims are reported to Tio Cosa Locos Addams's Designated Copyright Agent as identified in the sample notice below.
This policy describes the information that should be present in a notice of alleged copyright infringement, how to submit such a notice, and how to submit a counter-notice if you believe the content was removed in error.
Filing a Notice of Alleged Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Service by completing the following DMCA Takedown Notice and delivering it to Tio Cosa Locos Addams's Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Tio Cosa Locos Addams will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Service.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

- Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief: Include a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Provide an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
Filing a Counter-Notification (DMCA Counter-Notice)
If you believe that the material you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with Tio Cosa Locos Addams by submitting the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Identification of the material that has been removed: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., the URL(s)).
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your Name, Address, and Telephone Number: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Tio Cosa Locos Addams may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
